1.1 KG CHICKEN
2.ONIONS 6 NUMBERS MEDIUM SIZE
3.SHALLOTS 5 PIECES
4.GINGER 1 BIG PIECE
5.GARLIC 5 NUMBERS
6.GREEN CHILLY 8 NUMBERS
7.TOMATOES 2 NUMBERS
8.YOGHOURT 4 TABLE SPOON
9.LEMON JUICE 3 TABLE SPOON
10.OIL
11.SALT TO TASTE
FOR MARANTING CHICKEN
1.TURMERIC POWDER 1 TEA SPOON
2.GARAM MASALA POWDER 1 TEA SPOON
3.BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1/2 TEA SPOON
4.CORIANDER POWDER 2 TEA SPOON
5.CHILLY POWDER 2 TEA SPOON
FOR GARNISHING
1.ONIONS 4 THINLY SLICED
2. HANDFUL RAISINS
3.HANDFUL CASHEWNUTS
4.GHEE
5.VEGETABLE OIL

METHOD OF MAKING CHICKEN BIRIYANI

FIRST OF ALL
1) MARINATE CHICKEN WITH POWDERS MENTIONED ABOVE FOR 1/2 HOUR
2) THEN START GARNISHING WHILE CHICKEN MARINATING
PUT GHEE IN A HOT KADAI THEN PUT CASHEW NUTS UNTIL IT TURNS TO GOLDEN BROWN
THEN PUT RAISINS UNTIL IT GETS PUFFY PLEASE KEEP THESE ASIDE
PUT MORE OIL INTO THE KADAI THEN PUT ONIONS ...MAKE SURE ONLY PUT SMALL AMOUNT OF ONIONS TO MAKE IT GOLDEN BROWN...DO THIS PROCESSBATCH BY BATCH
SO GARNSHING STUFF READY
3) NOW ITS TIME TO MAKE CHICKEN MASALA
CRUSH SHALLOTS ONIONS GINGER GARLIC GREEN CHILIES .KEEP A KADAI N THE STOVE .ADD OIL INTO THE KADAI.WHEN IT IS HOT PUT OIL.NOW YOU CAN ADD CRUSHED PASTE AND SALT .PLEASE MIX THIS MIXTURE UNTIL IT TURNS TO BROWN COLOUR
ADD TOMATOES.WELL TOMATOES ARE NEEDED TO BE COOKED WELL THEN ADD MIARINATED CHICKEN .
4) NOW ADD MINT AND CORIANDER LEAVES
MIX WELL THEN ADD YOGHOURT AND LEMON JUICES
5) COOK IT FOR 30 MINUTES .MAKE SURE WHILE THIS IS COOKING STIR IT WELL IN BETWEEN

RICE REPARATION
1) PUT A RICE COOKER WITH OUT A LID
2) ADD GHEE
3) ADD 2 CINNAMON SMALL PIECES
4) 5 CLOVES
5) 10 CARDAMOM
6) BAY LEAFE HEAT THE COOKER IN A LOW FLAME
THEN ADD WASHED AND DRAINED RICE
7) 3 CUP RICE BEEN ADDED ....ADD 4 AND HAL CUP OF HOT WATER...THEN ADD SALT.MAKE SURE WHILE YOU TASTING THE WATER SALT IT SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY HIGH THEN ONLY YOU CAN BE SURE RICE HAS GOT ENOUGH SLAT
8) WAIT FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES...RICE COOKED WELL
NOW ITS THE LAST STEM
DUM THE BIRIYANI IN THE OVEN
1) TAKE A OVEN TRAY
2) PLEASE PUT COOKED CHICKEN MASALA INTO THE TRAY..SPREAD ALL OVER THE TRAY THEN ABOVE ADD COOKED RICE THE GARNISH WITH FRIED ONIONS..THEN DO THE SAME PROCESSING UNTIL ALL CHICKEN AND RICE ARE FINISHED
3) NOW SPREAD ALL CASHEW NUTS RAISINGS FRIED ONIONS EVERYWHERE IN THE TRAY
4) COVER THE TRAY WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL PAPPER THE PUT THIS TRAY IN A PRE HAEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREE FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES
NOW INDIAN CHICKEN BIRIYANI READY TO SERVE WITH PICKLE AND SALAD
