In the Garden of Eden there were trees of life and of good and evil. God told Adam not to eat of the tree of good and evil. If he did, he would surely die. Eating of that tree would put him into the natural realm. That is exactly what happened. Adam and Eve ate of the tree, and they lost their spiritual life, their communion with God. Jesus is our tree of life. He is the way, the truth and the life. Eat the word of God and live abundantly.
