God has commanded the four winds to come and blow upon the earth and the body of Christ. It is a powerful wind that will gather the tares and cast them into the fire. The winds will bring up the water of his word to nourish the people of God and bring his life to them. In the valley of the dry bones, God's Holy Spirit will hover and cause the army of God to arise.
